For the last two weeks the Town of Pelham has sought resident input on the sale/retention of 1120 Haist Street - the old Pelham Arena lands.. There will be no change to the locations of existing parkland, paddle tennis club, playground equipment, and wooded area along the west side; these areas will all be retained by the Town.

On Monday, February 11, 2019, the Town of Pelham hosted two public information session on the Haist Street arena lands.. The sessions - designed to provide a recap and update of the process undertaken by the Town to develop a preferred development plan for the land and financial update – welcome roughly 150 residents over the course of the afternoon (1-3 p.m.) and evening (6-8 p.m.) sessions..
