Victoria Ave will be closed south of RR 69 at Sixteen Mile Creek in the Town of Pelham and Lincoln

ROAD CLOSURE (From November 30 to December 19, 2020) 

Motorists and the general public are hereby advised that Regional Road 24 (Victoria Avenue) just south of RR 69 (Twenty Mile Road) at the Sixteen Mile Creek Structure (Structure No. 024310) will be closed from November 30 to December 19, 2020. 

Road detours will be in place at the time of closure. The general public detour will utilize Regional Road 69 (Twenty Road) to Regional Road 20 to Regional Road 24 (Victoria Avenue). Truck traffic will be advised to utilize a separate detour following Regional Road 73 (Fly Road) to Regional Road 14 (Thirty Road) to Regional Road 20 to Regional Road 24 (Victoria Avenue). 

The closure is necessary to complete the rehabilitation of the existing concrete structure over the Sixteen Mile Creek. 

Emergency vehicles will not have access along Regional Road 24 (Victoria Ave) at the Sixteen Mile Creek culvert, south of Regional Road 69 (Twenty Road).
