Regional Road 54 (Rice Road)
Between Merritt Road and Port Robinson Road
In the Town of Pelham
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
7:00 a.m. Monday July 23to 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 3, 2018
Motorists and the general public are hereby advised that Regional Road 54 (Rice Road) between Merritt Road and Port Robinson Road will be closed to through traffic starting on Monday, July 16 until Friday, July 27, 2018. No alternate date is scheduled for the proposed works.
A full closure is necessary for the removal of the existing cross culvert and the installation of a new box culvert to service the Saffron Meadows Subdivision and future storm sewers on Rice Road.
Both local residents and emergency services will have access only either from Merritt Road or Port Robinson Road during this closure. No through traffic will be permitted.
A detour route will be posted along Regional Road 54 (Rice Road) at Merritt Road and Port Robinson Road.
