Temporary Road Closure for Phase 4 Pelham Street Reconstruction Project

Notice of temporary road closure due to Phase 4 of the Pelham Street reconstruction project. Local access will be provided to all residences and businesses.

Where: Pelham Street from the Spruceside Crescent south entrance to the Pelham/Welland boundary.

Why: Road Reconstruction of Pelham Street from Spruceside Crescent south entrance to Pelham/Welland boundary including new sidewalks, watermain, road surface, bike lanes, and drainage improvements. 

When: July 20, 2023 to end of December 2023

Alternate Route: Please use alternate route (Foss Road to Haist Street and Pancake Lane to Haist Street).
