Survey on old Pelham Arena land now available

Residents are asked to provide feedback on whether to sell or retain a portion of the old Pelham Arena property for development purposes.

The existing parkland, paddle tennis club, playground, and wooded area along the west side will be retained by the Town.

The area occupied by the arena building, parking area, outside storage/works area, and multi-purpose court are proposed to be sold for development purposes.
