Road Closure of Pelham Street - Phase 3 Construction

Notice of upcoming road closures.

Please be advised of the following road closure with local access provided to all accessing residences and businesses:

Where: Pelham Street from Spruceside Crescent south entrance to Spruceside Crescent north entrance. 

Why: Road Reconstruction of Pelham Street, Phase 3 which includes new sidewalks, watermain, road surface, bike lanes, and drainage improvements.

When: September 6, 2022 to December 31, 2022

Alternate Route: Please use an alternate route. (Welland Road to Haist Street and Pancake Lane to Haist Street).

Local businesses will remain open.

Students who have school transportation pick ups within the area will be provided an alternate location if required from the transportation provider.
