Questions? Send them to the Town of Pelham Inbox
Earlier this week, the Town of Pelham launched ‘The Inbox’, a new online communications initiative designed to answer questions that Pelham residents have about their Town.
As questions come in via email (inbox@pelham.ca) or via social media (using #PelhamINBOX), they will be compiled into common themes and presented in a Q&A format. Not all questions will be answered individually on this platform.
“I’ll see questions or comments, especially on social media, and though they’re not always directed to the Town, I get the sense that there’s a desire to receive some type of answer – this initiative helps address that,” said Public Relations and Marketing Specialist, Marc MacDonald. “I hope that this tool becomes a go-to source that residents can rely on for information coming from Town Hall.”
The first edition of the Inbox was published on April 16, 2018, and is indicative of the types of questions the Inbox is designed to address.
There is currently no set frequency in which the Inbox will be published. By subscribing to the Inbox (www.pelham.ca/subscribe) you can ensure that you never miss an update.
