NOTICE: Town of Pelham 2022 Budget Open House
The Town of Pelham's 2022 Budget Open House will be using Zoom Webinar to facilitate the special meeting on Sept. 13, 2021, at 5:30 p.m.
How residents can participate:
- Those who wish to speak to Council live via the zoom webinar, must pre-register by emailing clerks@pelham.ca by noon on Friday, Sept. 3, 2021.
- Pre-registered members of the public are required to participate in a test Zoom Webinar Meeting the Friday before (Sept. 10, 2021, at 2:00 p.m.).This test meeting is to ensure technology is working.
- For those watching on Sept. 13, 2021 via livestream, comments can be submitted live during the meeting to clerks@pelham.ca
- Residents unable to attend the Sept. 13 open house are encouraged to provide written input in any of the following ways:
- By email to ourbudget@pelham.ca
- By regular post to 20 Pelham Town Square, P.O. Box 400, Fonthill, ON L0S 1E0, c/o Town Clerk
- By placing it in an envelope in the drop box located at the lower entrance to Town Hall, adjacent to Peace Park
- Submissions by e-mail, regular post, or drop box must be received by the Town of Pelham by Wednesday September 1, 2021
