Road Rehabilitation : Regional Road 29 (Webber Rd.)

In the City of Welland and in the Town of Pelham

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

Weekdays Tuesday, August 24, 2021 to Friday, September 3, 2021

Motorists and the general public are hereby advised that Regional Road 29 (Webber Road) from the Railroad Crossing at Church Street to Murdoch Street in the City of Welland and the Town of Pelham will be temporarily closed to through traffic from 6 am to 6 pm., weather permitting. 

The road closure is necessary to pave the road surface on Regional Road 29 (Webber Rd.) from the Railroad Crossing at Church Street to Murdoch Street in the City of Welland and the Town of Pelham.

The detour route for the closure is as follows:

RR 29 (Webber Road) / RR 24 (Victoria Ave.) / RR27 (Riverside Drive)

Construction Zone:

Along Regional Road 29 (Webber Rd.) from the Railroad Crossing at Church Street to Murdoch Street.

Businesses and residents will have access during the closure but may be directed to take an alternate route to get to their destination.

Emergency services will also have access if required.
