KPMG Final Report - Forensic Investigation
KPMG, a national, industry-leading auditing firm, completed their final report and submitted their findings on Dec. 18, 2017.
The independent, third party forensic investigation of all transactions and documents related to the East Fonthill Development Project, was led by Karen Grogan, senior vice president, KPMG Forensic Inc. and concluded that the Town of Pelham acted in full compliance with legislative requirements of its bylaws and the Municipal Act.
KPMG’s report addresses questions submitted from 50 email addresses, listing each individual question and where the answers can be found within the report.
The report also includes a forensic review of Town finances from 2008-2017, along with updated financial information.
