Discussion:
Precipitation is expected to begin as freezing rain or rain before transitioning to rain or snow later this morning and to rain or drizzle this evening.

Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery.

Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas.
