Free décor kits and singing collaboration for Canada Day
With public Canada Day celebrations going virtual this year due to COVID-19, Pelham residents are encouraged to display their Canadian pride with free home décor kits and submissions of their rendition of the national anthem; the latter coming with a chance to be featured in a special Canada Day collaboration.
The home décor kits are designed to help residents decorate their homes with Canadian pride. Kits will be delivered by Town staff and volunteers (contactless drop off) before June 26. A limited number of kits, which include flags, are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Register for your kit.
And for those residents who are looking to show off their singing voices, the Town would like to see and hear your rendition of O’ Canada. Submit your video submission. The selected submissions will be included in a special video collaboration released on the Town’s Canada Day page on July 1. Submissions should be sent no later than June 19.
