Town of Pelham Development Charges

Council voted to table the by-law to approve development charges. This was done to allow staff time to consult with Watson and Associates to reexamine the charges, with a reduction the projected increase to 20 percent above the current  levels. Consideration of an updated 10-year capital project plan will be factored in as well. Staff were directed to return with this updated development charges study report in quarter two.
