Catch basin cleaning in Pelham begins

Catch basin cleaning is set to begin in Pelham Tuesday, May 22, 2018 and will be completed by approximately Friday, May 25, 2018.

When: May 22 - 25. 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Heavy rains may cause some delays.

What: Vacuum Trucks will clean out all Town catch basins located throughout Fonthill and Fenwick. Please expect some delay while trucks are in the area.

Why: Regular catch basin cleaning is a preventative strategy to reduce the chances of storm flooding in the event of a heavy rainfall. It also reduces the pollutants making it into our stormwater systems and harming fish or wildlife.
