2018-PW-03 Road Rehabilitation Program

Project Duration: June 14^th, 2018 to June 29^th, 2018, weather dependent

Project Location: Metler Road, between Effingham Street and Hansler Street; Maple Street, between Tice Road and Metler Road; Hansler Street, between Overholt Road and Town Boundary

Project Description: Contractors will be working on the above stated streets to complete road resurfacing and base repair operations. This work will entail the pulverization of the stated roads and “Tar and Chip” surface treatment. Due to the nature of the work motorists will experiences periods of granular road surfaces and delays while crews are working. It is recommended that motorists use alternate routes to avoid this area during the construction period. It should also be noted that Bissell’s Hideaway will still remain open at all times during the construction period.
