2018 capital construction project: Rice Road municipal services extension

The Town of Pelham is planning to extend municipal services along Rice Road (Regional Road 54) located North of Highway 20 (Regional Road 20) during the 2018 construction season. Construction will include installation of new sanitary sewers and extension of the water main, including providing services to property line for residents to connect to.

There will be an open house regarding this 2018 Construction Project on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, in the Council Chambers at Pelham Town Hall from 5-7 p.m. This open house will provide residents with an opportunity to review construction plans and meet with public works staff as well as the consultant to address questions and/or concerns relating to this project. Should you be unable to attend this meeting, you may contact the undersigned with any questions or concerns.

The Town has attempted to notify all tenants of the planned construction and open house.
